Wholesome Raw Vegan Bowl

This raw vegan bowl is bursting with fresh flavours and nutrients. Healthy, super simple, and absolutely divine; plant-based cuisine at it’s finest.

Wholesome Raw Vegan Bowl


  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 small cucumber
  • Red cabbage
  • Juice of one lime (halved)
  • 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Mash one avocado in a large mixing bowl. Stir in half lime juice, and chilli flakes then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Stir in the cauliflower rice and mix through until well combined. Set aside
  3. Chop the remaining avocado and cucumber, and place in a bowl. Add lime juice, and salt to taste. Toss gently to combine. Thinly slice the red cabbage.
  4. To assemble, throw everything into a bowl, add a squeeze of lime juice over the top and sprinkle some chilli flakes and seeds.
  5. Enjoy and be nourished
