How to restore your gut with celery juice

I’m a little gut-health obsessed, and with good reason. Increasing evidence shows that the secret to good health lies in our gut. Our gut is our second brain and it is very important in helping us achieve good health.

Since learning the importance of gut health, I have started giving my gut some super loving attention. I have been eating more whole foods with lots of fibre that the good bacteria in the gut love. I have also been loading up on fermented foods to help reseed my gut with the good bugs.

I recently discovered that drinking celery juice every morning on an empty stomach can transform your health and restore your entire digestive system. According to the medical medium Anthony William, celery is the most powerful anti-inflammatory food. It starves the bad bacteria in our gut and flashes out toxins. Celery also alkalises the body, improves kidney function, aids in digestion and reduces bloating.

I don’t buy into everything I read but because I had been having digestive issues for months, I had to at least try the celery juice. And after only a week of drinking celery juice every morning, I have never felt better. It really works, no more gas, or bloating. I have tons of energy, mental clarity, happier and improved skin tone. Nah seriously, I’m glowing from the inside out.

Celery juice has been added to my daily morning ritual. It’s hard to believe that something as simple as celery juice can transform your health. Don’t write it off before you try it, the results will amaze you.

William recommends drinking pure celery juice by itself for full effect. However, the recipe I’m sharing has celery, apple, parsley, ginger, and lemon juice. It’s refreshingly tangy with the perfect hint of sweetness.
