Raw breakfast bowl

Raw breakfast bowls are a great way to kick-start the day. They are full of goodness, protein and healthy fats and so damn delicious. They are also easy to throw together on those chaotic mornings.

Raw breakfast bowl

Ingredients

  • 200g coconut yoghurt
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup berries
  • 1 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup raw almonds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Scoop yoghurt into a bowl, and add in the other goodies. Drizzle with syrup and if you are like me and you love lemon, sprinkle some grated lemon rind.
