Perfect breakfast bowl

Guys! I don’t know what it is about bowl meals, but I’m seriously obsessed. Almost everything I eat must come out of a bowl.


Bowl meals are super-fun and easy to make, filled with nutritious and well-balanced deliciousness and have so many flavours in one single meal. You can throw a bunch of healthy foods into a bowl and call it breakfast, lunch or dinner.

I love this bowl recipe I’m sharing with you today because it is so delicious and full of goodness. It is packed with sautéed cauliflower rice, massaged kale, red cabbage, guacamole and boiled eggs.


Cauliflower Rice
1 small head cauliflower
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
salt/pepper to taste

Massaged kale
1 small bunch kale
1tbsp olive oil
1/2 lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste

1 avocado
1/2 lime juice
1 tsp red pepper flakes
salt and pepper

2 boiled eggs, halved
1/4 head red cabbage, thinly sliced


Cauliflower rice: use this recipe for easy cauliflower rice.

Massaged kale: Wash kale thoroughly and dry using paper towel. Remove the stalks, and shred the kale into large pieces. Put the kale in a bowl, add olive oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper. Combine well, and massage the kale for a few minutes to soften the leaves.

Guacamole: Mash the avocado with a fork, and add lime juice, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper and combine well.

To serve, assemble everything in a bowl, squeeze some lemon juice over the top and sprinkle some black pepper and red pepper flakes. Enjoy
