Kefir raspberry overnight oats

A delicious, healthy and probiotic rich breakfast, a must try. It tastes like dessert, who wouldn’t love dessert for breakfast.



1/2 cup oats
2 teaspoon chia seeds
1 Tablespoon shredded coconut
1 teaspoon honey
1 cup kefir
1 teaspoon lemon rind
1 Tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 cup raspberries


In a mason jar, add oats, kefir, raspberries, chia, honey, and coconut, mix well. Seal jar with lid and chill overnight in the fridge. In the morning, top with peanut butter, banana and raspberries.
