Tahini Berry Smoothie
- 250 ml plant-based milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 tablespoon chia
- 1 teaspoon maca (optional)
- Pour milk into a blender and add the remaining ingredients. Blend until you reach the desired consistency.
- Pour into a mason jar and serve.
