Berrylicious Tahini Smoothie

I love smoothies, they are perfect for any time of the day. This vibrant smoothie tastes as good as it looks and is filled with nutritious goodness.

Tahini Berry Smoothie


  • 250 ml plant-based milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 tablespoon chia
  • 1 teaspoon maca (optional)


  1. Pour milk into a blender and add the remaining ingredients. Blend until you reach the desired consistency.
  2. Pour into a mason jar and serve.
