New to the green smoothie bandwagon? I’ve got a beginner’s recipe just for you. I started on green smoothies about 2 years ago, and I love them. They are full of nutrients and goodness. I drink one just before breakfast, and it’s the best way to kick-start my day. Don’t let the colour scare you off, it’s refreshingly delicious!
2 handfuls of spinach
1 green apple, cored
1 Orange, peeled
1/2 lemon, peeled
Throw everything in a blender, and a blend until smooth.
