This juice is one of my favourite go-to combos. It’s sweet and refreshing, perfect for a hot summer’s day or post-workout drink.
Beetroot and Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 Beet, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- 1 small piece of ginger
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Water (optional)
- Run beets, pineapple, cucumber, ginger and lemon through a juicer.
- Without a juicer: Throw everything in a blender with a little bit of water and blend until smooth. Strain using a nut milk bag or cheese cloth over a bowl. Pour the juice and close up the cheese cloth, hold the end and lift it up then give it a good squeeze.
- Pour into a glass, and enjoy.
