I love green juice, all that healthy goodness in a glass. It seriously gives me wings. I love mixing up different fruits and vegetables and adding other superfoods such as chia seeds, and maca.
I mostly enjoy green vegetable based juices such as spinach, kale, parsley, cucumber with ginger and lots of lemon juice. Sometimes, I spice up my green juices with cayenne pepper.
The best part about juice is that the fibre is removed which means your body digest the juice easily and absorb nutrients quickly.
